1. Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products (AI prompts), all sales are generally final. Once you have gained access to the prompt, we cannot offer a refund as the product cannot be "returned."

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The prompt is fundamentally broken or does not match the description provided.
  • You have been double-charged for the same item.
  • The purchase was made fraudulently without your consent (subject to verification).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email globaltieupsolutions@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with your transaction ID and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
