1. Digital Delivery Only
Omexa Prompts exclusively sells digital assets (AI prompts). As such, no physical shipping is involved in any transaction on our platform. You will not receive any physical package or document via traditional mail services.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful completion of your payment, your digital assets are delivered instantly. You can access your purchased prompts in two ways:
- In-App Collection: Navigate to "My Collection" or your Profile page to view and copy your prompts.
- Email Confirmation: A purchase confirmation containing the details of your transaction is sent to your registered email address.
3. Delivery Costs
There are zero shipping or delivery fees for any purchase made on Omexa Prompts, as all items are delivered electronically.
4. Technical Issues
If you do not see your purchased prompt in your collection immediately after payment, please refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact our support team at globaltieupsolutions@gmail.com with your transaction ID.
5. Access Duration
Once purchased, prompts remain in your account collection indefinitely, provided your account remains active and in good standing according to our Terms of Service.
